After a rough crash, spinning the picco's bottom blade didn't immediately spin the top. There was some play there. It turns out that a small plastic piece runs through the rotor shaft and connects the 2 sides of the bottom blade.
Its better illustrated in pics:



I don't know why I wrote 'A'. The area in questions is circled and pointed to. The thin red line shows approx where the small piece went.



Anybody run into this problem?
